here’s a new breakfast idea that everybody will enjoy, sausage scramble with sausage gravy. This sausage scramble is made in a bundt pan after which crowned with deliciously flavored sausage gravy. It’s loaded with eggs, sausage, diced potatoes, onions, diced green chilies, cheese and biscuits.

imagine having the whole thing in a single meal. and then adding sausage gravy all over the top makes this sausage scramble flavor even higher.

I made this ultimate weekend using ham and found out including the sausage gravy made it 10 instances extra scrumptious! if you love sausage, you are going to LOVE this!

What an excellent meal to make for breakfast on the weekend. Ham, Bacon or sausage are interchangeable in this recipe or you could upload all 3 for a meat fans breakfast.


  • 12 large eggs
  • 4 1/2 cups milk divided
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped small
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 32 oz package frozen hashbrown diced potatoes
  • 4 grand biscuits cut each into 16 pieces
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 3 Tbs diced green chilies
  • 2 12 oz hot sausage rolls Farmer John's®
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

For the Sausage Scramble

  1. In a large frying pan, over medium heat, upload oil and prepare dinner potatoes until crispy. Season to flavor. remove from pan and area on a plate, set apart.
  2. In some other big frying pan, cook dinner sausage. Do now not drain grease.
  3. Whisk eggs and 1/2 cup of milk together in a medium bowl and then pour into the pan that potatoes have been cooked in.
