  • 8 oz dark chocolate 225g, chopped*
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter 43g

  1. melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pot with simmering water or inside the microwave. Cool to room temperature (approx 15 minutes).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk collectively sugar and eggs. add to chocolate and mix till nicely mixed. add flour and baking powder and blend till blended.
  3. chill within the fridge for approx. 20-30mins, till batter is slightly thickened.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment or silicone mats.
  5. the usage of a medium cookie scoop (1 1/2 Tbsp), scoop batter onto cookie sheet and location 6 to a sheet. Batter can be fairly thin.
  6. Bake for about 11 minutes, until cookies are cooked on the rims but nevertheless soft in the center. Cool completely on baking sheets.
