In order for the baked brownies produced to dry on the surface and remain moist on the inside, there are several techniques that need attention. Among other things: use dark cooking chocolate in more doses than margarine, when beating eggs there is no need to use a mixer, just use a manual egg beater (whisk), and just shake for 2 minutes.

For complementary ingredients in this baked brownie recipe we use walnuts. If you don't like it, you can replace it with other ingredients as you like. For example; cheese, almonds, choco chips, or raisins.


  • 250 g of flour
  • 400 g of margarine
  • 6 eggs, shake for a while
  • 500 g dark cooking chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 150 g of chopped walnuts
  • ½ tsp of fine salt

  1. Heat margarine over low heat until it melts, keep it from boiling or burning. Turn off the heat, then add chopped chocolate, sugar and salt, stirring until the chocolate melts and the sugar dissolves. Lift, let it cool slightly.
  2. Pour the flour little by little and whisk the eggs. Add half a piece of walnut. Stir well.
  3. Spread the pan with margarine and sprinkle with a little flour. Divide the dough into 2 parts, and pour it onto the pan. Sprinkle with the remaining walnuts.
  4. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes or until the cake is cooked. Lift. Cut into pieces, serve.
