  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups milk

  • Crushed tortilla chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a medium sized skillet cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is no longer pink and the onion is clear. Drain the grease and add to slow cooker.
  2. Add soup, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes and green chilis, and milk. Stir.
  3. Cook on low 3-4 hours. Stir in ½ cup cheddar cheese and allow to melt. Can be kept on warm for an additional 4 hours. Top with crushed tortilla chips and additional cheese if desired.

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup flour
  • chopped fresh parsley for serving, if desired
  • 2 cups cheese tortellini
  • salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a 6 quart slow cooker, add chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, chicken broth, bay leaves, and italian seasoning. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  2. Remove the cooked chicken from the slow cooker and shred or cube and add back to the slow cooker.
  3. In a small bowl whisk the milk, heavy cream, and flour. Add it to the slow cooker along with the tortellini. Cook for 15 minutes until tortellini is cooked through and soup has thickened.
  4. Discard bay leaves and serve immediately with chopped parsley, if desired.

  1. In a dutch oven on high heat add the ground beef.
  2. Season the beef with kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. Brown the beef well and crumble it into large crumbles.
  4. Remove from the pan, then add in the onion and half the butter.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until just browning.
  6. Remove onions to the same dish as the beef.
  7. Add in the remaining butter and cabbage and cook on high heat until cabbage is wilted and browned.
  8. Add the beef and onion mixture into the pan.
  9. Add in the crushed tomatoes, beef stock and chopped tomatoes and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Add in the rice just before serving and stir gently.

  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 3 cups potatoes, peeled and cut into one inch cubes
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups half and half
  • Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat add 2 Tablespoons butter and melt. Saute onion, celery, carrots, and garlic until tender. Add the chicken broth and potatoes and bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until tender. Add the broccoli and cauliflower the last 5 minutes and cook until tender.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan add the remaining 4 tablespoons butter and melt over medium-high heat. Add the flour and create a roux cooking for 3-4 minutes. Slowly whisk in the half and half.
  3. Pour into the soup and stir. Add the cheese and stir. Let simmer until thickened and cheese has melted. Salt and pepper to taste.

EASY AND QUICK CHICKEN RICE SOUP

There are a few short-cuts that make this soup so quick and easy . The first is using rotisserie chicken. We love rotisserie chicken because it's already seasoned and so flavorful plus the chicken is already cooked making this soup whip up even quicker. That said, if you don't mind spending a little extra time you can cook your own chicken for this soup and then shred it and add it in.

EASY AND QUICK CHICKEN RICE SOUP

The second short-cut is a packet of seasoned rice. This serves two purposes ? first, the rice can cook in the soup and second, there are a ton of extra seasoning which eliminates measuring out a whole bunch of seasonings.

The last short-cut that is totally optional is buying some pre-cut veggies. Most grocery stores sell mirepoix which is pre-chopped veggies (celery, onion, and carrots). If you grab that, you'll only need to chop up the red pepper.

If you use all these short-cuts the soup can absolutely be ready in 20 minutes or less. And if you don't use all the short-cuts, you can still have a soup ready pretty quickly!

  • 1 and ½ tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ of 1 yellow onion, diced
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 large carrot, finely diced
  • 2 large stalks celery, finely diced
  • 2 (14.5 ounces EACH) reduced-sodium chicken stock (or chicken broth) (stock has a richer flavor)
  • 1 package Knorr Rice Sides - Chicken Flavor Broccoli
  • 1 and ½ cups water
  • 2 cups prepared rotisserie chicken, chopped or shredded
  • Salt and freshly cracked pepper
  • Optional: fresh parsley, fresh thyme, Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a dutch oven over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted, add the chopped pepper, diced onion, diced carrot, diced celery, and thyme. Stir occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add broth or stock, water, and the package of rice sides. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook covered 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
  3. Meanwhile, shred or chop the rotisserie chicken.
  4. Stir in chicken and serve immediately. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with fresh parsley and fresh thyme if desired. Add some parmesan cheese to each bowl if desired.
  5. Best enjoyed the same day it is made or the rice tends to bloat.

TOM YAM NOODLE SOUP

Tom Yam is a typical food or seasoning originating from Thailand. If you go to Thailand, you will often find food menus called Tom Yam. Generally Tom Yam is only cooked with gravy and shrimp. But in this recipe Tom Yam will be combined with noodles.


Tom Yam himself has a distinctive and refreshing sour taste, there is also a savory and slightly spicy flavor. This Tom Yam Noodle Soup recipe is very suitable to be eaten when the weather is cold, because by sipping Tom Yam's warm sauce will make your body and throat feel warm. Plus its strong citrus scent will make your dining sensation

INGREDIENTS:
  • 100 grams of soun (white noodles), brew with hot water, drain
  • 150 grams of shrimp, choose medium size, peel, leave the tail
  • 1500 ml of water / broth
Seasoning :
  • ½ tsp salt + 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 segment of young ginger thumb, thinly sliced
