  • 1 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese, grated
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups jack cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
