CHEESY SALSA VERDE TACO PASTA

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 12 oz jar salsa verde
  • 8 oz box small pasta shells
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated, plus additional for topping
  • Optional: sour cream, green onions, cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. add floor red meat to a massive saucepan, fall apart after which add onions and garlic.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper, stir.
