BLACKBERRY MAPLE TAHINI MUFFINS

Tahini, it's not honourable for paste. Who knew there were so some wonderful ways to use tahini. I've been making salad intermixture with it. My pick way is to mingle it with maize succus, maple sirup city mustard and a little hot food. Vibrate it up and add it to your lover salad.

I've been wanting to try hot with tahini after vision it used in several recipes for brownies and cookies. I eventually definite to break it a try and more it to these Blackberry Maple Tahini Muffins. The tang was wonderful!


It adds a soft unannounced "nutty", slightly bitter (not in a bad way) flavour to the muffins that module move fill wondering what that taste is. It's a perfect compounding with the blackberries and sugariness maple sweetener.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 5 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries, cut in half if they are large
  • Turbinado sugar for sprinkling on top (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to four hundred° F. Grease or upload muffin liners to 6 of the 12 cups of a fashionable muffin pan. Set aside.
  2. In a medium sized bowl whisk together the dry elements. In a separate bowl whisk collectively the wet elements.
