CUCUMBER BRUSCHETTA

FOR SERVING

  • 1 baguette
  • olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. add all topping substances in a bowl and lightly toss to mix.
  2. Slice baguette into three/four" slices and brush the pinnacle of each slice with olive oil.
