SHRIMP MAYONNAISE

Tips from us, always choose shrimp that are still fresh so that the taste is sweet and the texture of the meat is not broken when cooked. In addition you can add pieces of fruit to a mixture of mayonnaise sauce, such as pineapple, melon, strawberry or something else according to your taste.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 grams of large size shrimp
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 egg, shake it off
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Right amount of oil

Mayonnaise Sauce Ingredients :

  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame, roast

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Peel the shrimp skin, clean and split the length of the back, do not break.
  2. Smear the shrimp with lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Leave it for about 15 minutes
  3. Mix flour and cornstarch, mix well
  4. Dip the shrimp in the shaken egg then roll it in the flour mixture until it is flat
  5. Heat the oil and fry the shrimp until golden brown. Lift, drain.
  6. For sauce, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk and salt. Stir well
  7. Add the fried shrimp, mix well with the sauce
  8. Sprinkle with sesame and serve while warm
