INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 chilies
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic (from 4 garlic cloves)
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger (from 3 cm ginger)
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
