GRILLED SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 grams of giant prawns or tiger shrimp
  • 1 lemon, squeeze the water
  • 1 tablespoon of butter, melt

  • 1 tsp coriander, roast and puree
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  4. Soak the shrimp in the spice mixture, let stand for 20 minutes
  5. Shrimp stick with 1 lemongrass
  6. Burn on coals while smearing the rest of the marinade, back and forth until fragrant and evenly cooked
  7. Lift and serve while warm. Serve with chili sauce made from pieces of cayenne pepper mixed with sweet soy sauce
