CHEESECAKE NEAPOLITAN

INGREDIENTS:
Bottom the cake :

  • Sponge cake vanilla midline 18 cm, split 2 in transversely

Cheese cake :

  • 180 g sugar castor
  • 375 g cream cheese
  • 75 g strawberry jam
  • 75 g dark cooking chocolate, melt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make :

  1. Prepare an oven with 170ÂșC temperature, prepare a spring form baking pan.
  2. Bottom the cake : place 1 part sponge cake on the base of the baking sheet
  3. Cheese cake : Beat cream cheese with sugar until soft, insert egg whites a little bit, while constantly shaked flat, add vanilla. Divide the dough into 3 parts. The first part mixes with white cooking chocolate, stir well, pour into mold that has been dialed sponge cake, refrigerate in the freezer.
  4. Mix the second part of the mixture with dark cooking chocolate, mix well, pour over the first layer that has been cooled, store in the freezer.
  5. Mix the third part of the mixture with pink coloring and strawberry jam, mix well, pour over the second layer that has been cooled.
  6. Bake au bain marie for 75 minutes until cooked. Turn off the oven, remove the pan au bain marie, let the cheesecake cool in an open oven.
  7. Spray whip cream on the top layer of cheese cake, garnished with strawberry pieces, store in refrigerator.
